# ShuffleSet Free Self-Hosted License

This license applies to the free self-hosted ShuffleSet distribution, including the public container image, bundled JavaScript, server code, media assets, and related download materials made available by Noise Factor LLC.

## Permission to Run

Noise Factor LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the unmodified free self-hosted ShuffleSet container image for your own personal, household, internal team, or internal business media streaming instance.

You may configure the instance, mount your own media directories, place a reverse proxy in front of it, and back up your own configuration and media data.

## No Redistribution

You may not redistribute, republish, mirror, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or make available to third parties the ShuffleSet free self-hosted container image, source code, compiled bundles, branded media assets, or derivative packages.

You may share links to Noise Factor LLC's official download page or official public container registry location.

## Competing Service

You may not use this distribution, or any modified or derived version of it, to operate, build, support, or offer a hosted media streaming service that competes with ShuffleSet or with services offered by Noise Factor LLC.

This restriction applies whether the competing service is paid, free, invite-only, bundled with another product, or offered as part of a managed hosting arrangement.

## No Reverse Engineering or Circumvention

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical controls, remove notices, remove branding, or extract components except to the extent applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction.

## Ownership

Noise Factor LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to ShuffleSet, including all software, trademarks, trade dress, visual identity, documentation, and branded assets. No rights are granted except those stated in this license.

## Third-Party Components

Third-party open source components included in the distribution remain governed by their own licenses. This license does not limit rights you may have under those third-party licenses.

## No Warranty

The free self-hosted ShuffleSet distribution is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noise Factor LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or security incidents arising from your use of the distribution.

## Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the distribution and delete all copies under your control.

## Separate Commercial Terms

Redistribution, managed hosting, white-labeling, service bureau use, resale, or competitive hosted use requires a separate written agreement with Noise Factor LLC.
